An After Effects toolkit of 23 tools, currently in development. This page describes what it will do. It is not available to download or buy yet.
Coming soon. No release date yet.
After Effects is powerful, but let us be honest, it is also painfully slow for everyday tasks. Simple operations require multiple clicks, nested menus, and repetitive actions. Professional editors waste hours every week on mundane tasks that should take seconds.
We built Motion Tools Pro because we were tired of the inefficiency. As editors ourselves, we identified the 23 most time-consuming tasks and automated them. What used to take 20 clicks now takes one. What required manual calculations now happens instantly. This is not just another plugin. It is your new superpower.
DreamToolsAE has not shipped yet. Here is an honest look at what is finished, what is being tested, and what is still on the bench.
The core panel, the layer and composition helpers, and the batch renaming tools are functional in our internal builds on After Effects 2020 through 2025.
Expression presets, the keyframe easing library, and the export queue helpers are being tested against real project files on both Windows and macOS.
Licensing, the installer, and the documentation site need to be finished before launch. We will publish a firm release date once testing closes.
Still in development. What the first release is expected to include.
DreamToolsAE is an After Effects extension we are building for our own editing work first. It is not on sale, there is no pre-order, and there is nothing to sign up for on this page.
When it is ready we will say so here and on the blog. Until then the sections above are an accurate description of where the build actually stands.
