Welcome to NVDreamspace. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, software products, and services. By accessing our website or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

NVDreamspace ("we," "us," or "our") provides professional workflow solutions including After Effects plugins, content extraction tools, and other productivity software designed for creative and professional users.

By using this website or the tools on it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms apply to everyone who uses this website and the tools on it. Everything we currently offer is free to use, and nothing on this site is sold. If we introduce a paid product in future, these Terms will be updated before it goes on sale.

Software in Development

Some tools are still being built and are not available to buy or download. DreamTools AE is in development, and its page says so: there is no checkout, no pre-order and no waiting list deposit. The following are planned rather than offered:

Service Evolution

What we offer may expand over time. These Terms apply to all current and future services we provide, and will be updated before anything paid is introduced.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using them, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

Account Requirements

None of our tools require an account. There is nothing to register for and nothing to pay for, so we do not ask you to create one.

System Requirements

Our downloadable software has been primarily tested on Windows systems. While we are working on compatibility with other platforms including macOS, we cannot guarantee full functionality on all operating systems at this time.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the tools on this site subject to these Terms. The browser based tools are free to use for personal and commercial work alike. Should a paid product be released later, it will carry its own licence terms stated at that time.

Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense our software
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use our software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share, distribute, or make our software available to unauthorized third parties

Free Tools Usage

Our free web-based tools are provided without usage limits, though we reserve the right to implement reasonable usage policies in the future. These tools may display advertisements to support their continued availability.

Nothing is currently for sale

Every tool on this site is free. There is no checkout, no subscription, no licence fee and no payment processor connected to this website, so there is nothing to pay and consequently nothing to refund, return or exchange.

If that changes

Should we release a paid product in future, we will publish the price, the licence terms and a refund policy before it goes on sale, and update these Terms to match. Until then, treat any page suggesting otherwise as out of date and let us know so we can correct it.

Demonstrations

While we do not offer trials or demos, you can view demonstration videos and detailed product information on our website and through online platforms to understand product functionality before purchasing.

Piracy and Unauthorized Distribution

Any form of software piracy, including but not limited to unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharing of our software products, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Files and Pages You Do Not Have Rights To

Several of our tools read a file or a web page that you supply. You may only use them on material you own, or that you have permission or a legal right to use. In particular:

• The PDF Locker and Unlocker requires the document's password. It cannot open a file you could not already open, and it must not be used to remove protection from a document you were not given the password to.
• The content extractors read files and public pages. They do not sign in, get past a login, or bypass a paywall, and must not be used to obtain material you are not entitled to see.
• Text you extract remains the property of whoever wrote it. Quoting with attribution and analysing it privately are ordinary uses. Republishing it, or presenting it as your own work, is not.

Where you intend to collect content at any scale, the target site's own terms and its robots.txt govern automated access separately from copyright, and it is your responsibility to check them. This is general information and not legal advice.

Misuse of Services

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business

Best Effort Service

We strive to maintain the availability and functionality of our website and web-based tools, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Maintenance and Updates

We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to our services that may temporarily interrupt availability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize any disruptions.

No Service Level Agreements

We do not provide formal uptime guarantees or service level agreements. Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

All software, content, trademarks, logos, and other materials provided through our services are owned by NVDreamspace or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Limited License

The license granted to you is limited to the specific use rights outlined in these Terms. No additional rights are granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by NVDreamspace.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our services may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

No Warranties

Platform Compatibility

While our software has been tested primarily on Windows systems, we do not warrant compatibility with all operating systems or system configurations. Compatibility with macOS and other platforms is under development but not guaranteed.

Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that our software will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NVDreamspace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Essential Terms

These limitations are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between you and NVDreamspace.

Termination by You

You may stop using our services at any time. Since nothing is currently sold, there is nothing to cancel and no payment to refund.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use our software and services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
